Perish Plains: A drawing focused series that pairs two contemporary artists to collaborate on 20-30 pages of abstract landscapes or environments. The series will primarily focus on international artists from the alternative comics/zine world.

Vol. 2 features:

Born in Hong Kong in 1984, Ryan Dodgson is an artist and award winning illustrator currently based in Toronto Canada. His work has appeared in such publications as McSweeney’s, The Believer, Grantland, Cmagazine and The New York Times. His art most often takes the form of books and other printed matter but he sometimes performs with a collaborator as BRR.

Trained as a sculptor, Phil Woollam is a multi-disciplinary artist whose current practice most often focuses on drawing-based multiples. Detailed yet stark, his work marries clean lines with layered compositions. He lives and works in Toronto, Canada.
